The crew removed all of the insulation hauling it away, and vacuumed all the dirt and debris. Once it was cleaned they sanitized the whole attic removing all the bacteria and any lingering odors. After this they rodent proofed sealing any holes and gaps rodents might be using to access the attic. The attic is now ready for brand new insulation, for this attic our crew installed brand new R-30 batts insulation. Now the attic is up to CA building code and energy efficient.
