Did you know most homes in New Jersey are not properly insulated? This can cause uneven temperatures in the home, making you feel uncomfortable. Our technician found the attic had old blown insulation that lost its R value over time. He recommended it be completely removed and replaced. First, our crew came and vacuumed all of the old insulation out of the attic using a 6 foot long hose that lead outside to removal bags. After, they sanitized the attic floor to get rid of any bacteria lurking. Next, our crew went to work air sealing any energy leaking gaps to keep heating and cooling inside the living areas, creating a more even temperature. Finally, the crew finished off by installing new fiberglass batt insulation to keep energy costs down.
