First, the crew removed and vacuumed out old insulation and debris. Next, they sanitized and air sealed the attic. These steps are done to kill any bacteria and preventing air leaks from the attic to the living space. Then, the workers provided rodent proofing services, this process involved sealing entry points and gaps found in the attic. Finally, the crew installed new R-38 blown-in insulation in the attic, accordingly to CA building code.
