Our customer in Los Angeles called us to help replace the insulation for the home’s attic. First, our crew provided an attic cleanup by vacuuming out the decomposed insulation and debris. Next, the sanitization services were done as well as the air sealing. These are very important steps to eliminate bad odors, and to prevent heat and cold leaks from traveling from the living space to the attic. Then, the crew covered up any entry points in the attic and exterior of the home. Rodent proofing services are important to prevent rodents from entering the attic and damaging the new insulation. Finally, the workers completed the job by installing R-38 batts insulation into the attic.
