Are you too cold or too hot during extreme weathers? This could be because your attic has old insulation or none at all. For this project we removed the old insulation, since it was no longer doing its job. We also vacuumed out the small debris and dust and had it hauled away. Next, we sanitized the attic floors to kill bacterias and prepare the space for the installation. Then, the crew air sealed the attic to prevent hot or cold air leaks to escape to the living space. Later, the crew used wire mesh and silicone to rodent proof the attic. Finally, the workers installed the new R-38 blown in insulation. This new insulation will ensure a more comfortable living space during the summer and winter.
