In this attic we provided an attic sanitization, rodent proofing and new insulation. First, our crew used our 100% natural solution to sanitize the attic. The sanitization services would get rid of any bacteria and foul odors. Then, we provided rodent proofing services as needed to keep pesky rodents out of the attic. The crew rodent proofed the attic by putting up wire mesh and silicone, and will prevent future damage to attic. Later, the workers installed new R-38 blown in insulation in the attic with our AttiCat machine. Finally, the new insulation was installed accordingly to CA building code and will ensure lower energy bills.
