We removed the insulation from the attic because it was old and decompressed. We used a vacuum and removal tubes to complete this first part. After we began our process of cleaning the surface of the attic. Then we rodent proofed and sealed any holes that we found. This is important so we can prevent rodent activity. We finished by installing Batts insulation accordingly to CA building code.
