The old insulation was removed and completely cleaned out of the attic. Once it was completely clean the crew sanitized the attic’s surface areas with 100% natural solution. Then they rodent proofed by sealing all entry points that rodents might have access to. This process involved sealing holes and gaps we found to prevent future costly damages to the home. Our last step in the attic was installing Batts insulation accordingly to CA building code. There were also areas in the attic that were narrow. We installed new blown-in insulation to finish insulating the narrow areas of the attic. Our client’s home will now feel much more comfortable during the upcoming summer season.
