Our client’s existing attic insulation was old and decompressed. Our technician recommended insulation replacement and cleanup services. The benefits of new insulation help our clients to save money on their energy bills. This also allows our clients to be more comfortable in their home. We got to work by removing the existing and decompressed insulation from the attic using a 19 HP vacuum and removal tubes. After we began our next step by cleaning the attic. We then performed rodent proofing in the attic and exterior. This process involved sealing holes and gaps we found in the attic. This step is important to prevent future rodent activity. Next, our team installed new Batts insulation on the attic walls. Our last step was installing new blown-in insulation in the attic according to CA building code. Since the summer season is approaching, cleaning out the attic will be beneficial. We sure hope our client is enjoying their newly insulated home.
