This home had no insulation in the attic and a dirty crawlspace. We began our service by cleaning the attic and crawlspace surface, we also sanitized to remove any lingering odors. We then performed rodent proofing in both areas. This process involved sealing holes and gaps our team had found. This step is important to prevent future rodent activity and costly damages. Our next step was installing R-38 batts insulation in the attic. This home will now be more comfortable.
