If you want to be more comfortable in your home start with your attic. In this project, we removed the existing and decompressed insulation from the attic using a 19 HP vacuum and removal tubes. After we began our next step by cleaning the attic. We then performed rodent proofing in the attic. This process involved sealing holes and gaps we found in the attic. This step is important to prevent future rodent activity. Our last step was installing Batts insulation accordingly to CA building code, in the attic. We then got to work in the crawlspace as it had no existing insulation. We also rodent proofed any gaps we found in the crawlspace. To finish it off, we installed new batts insulation in the crawlspace.
