Our client in South San Francisco needed an inspection and based on what we found, we recommended our services. The first thing our team did was to remove the old insulation from the crawlspace. This process was done using a 19 HP vacuum and removal tubes. We then began our next step by cleaning the attic’s surface area and removing any lingering odors. We then moved on to installing R-19 Owen’s Corning batts insulation per California building code. One of the benefits of new insulation for our clients is to save money on their energy bills. Finally, we finished the project by installing a vapor barrier in the crawlspace. This will help to prevent moisture related issues in the crawlspace.
