Your home should always be comfortable, a clean attic and crawlspace is a good way to start. For this project we begun with cleaning both the attic and crawlspace. Once both where completely clean they sanitized this is important to get rid of all the bacteria. Then they rodent proofed sealing any entry points rodents might have access to. Once this was done they installed a radiant barrier, they are designed to reflect heat instead of absorbing it. Then they installed R-38 batts insulation in the attic. And for the crawlspace they installed R-19 batts insulation. This home will now be more comfortable in any kind of weather.
