A crawl space without a moisture barrier installed is considered unfinished, and can lead to problems. First, we cleaned up and sanitized the crawlspace area, so it can kill bacteria and get rid of foul smells. We then performed rodent proofing in the attic and exterior of the home. This process involved sealing holes and gaps our team had found. This step is important to prevent future rodent activity and costly damages.  Finally, we installed the moisture barrier on the floor, this will ensure a dry and pest free crawlspace.
