Our customer in Huntington Beach called us to help replace the insulation for the home’s attic. First, our crew provided an attic cleanup by vacuuming out the dirt and debris. Next, the crew sanitized the whole attic and performed air sealing. These are very important steps to eliminate bad odors, and to prevent heat and cold leaks from traveling from the living space to the attic. Then, the crew covered up any entry points in the attic, crawlspace and exterior of the home. Rodent proofing services are important to prevent rodents from entering the attic or crawlspace and cause costly damages. Later, the workers completed the job by installing R-38 batts  insulation into the attic. Finally, we finished the project by installing a radiant barrier. They are designed to reflect heat instead of absorbing it.
