Are your energy bills too high? This might be because of old decompressed insulation. In this project we helped replace the insulation and added a radiant barrier to the attic. The crew started off by removing the old insulation. After, they sanitized the area with a 100% natural solution to kill bacterias. Later, we blocked off any entry points in the attic in the interior and exterior of the home. Rodent proofing helps prevent future damages of the new insulation Then, we installed new R-30 Batts insulation on the attic floors. Finally, the crew installed a radiant barrier in the attic, this helps reflect sun rays to keep the heat out. The new updates will help ensure the home to be more comfortable during summer/winter and save on energy bills.
