Is your home just not getting warm enough? Poor insulation in the attic can raise your heating bills and keep you freezing this winter. For this attic, all of the insulation lost its R value and needed to be replaced. First, we got right to work by removing all of the old insulation for safe disposal. Next, we then vacuumed and sanitized the attic floor to get rid of any leftover debris. Rodent proofing was done next to help prevent any future infestations. Air sealing was the next step to prevent warm air leaking into the attic. Finally, we finished off by installing brand new batt insulation. Now this home is warm and ready for the winter!
