Your home should always be comfortable, a clean attic and crawlspace is a good way to start. For this project we begun with cleaning both the attic and crawlspace. Once both where completely clean they sanitized this is important to get rid of all the bacteria. Then they rodent proofed sealing any entry points rodents might have access to. A moisture barrier was placed in the crawlspace to leave your crawlspace dry and free of pests. Once this was done they installed a radiant barrier in the attic, they are designed to reflect heat instead of absorbing it. Our crew also installed a QuietCool whole house fan, a ventilation system that will replace all of the hot air.  The crew finished up the job by installing R-38 batts insulation. This home will benefit in many ways it is now energy efficient, and much more comfortable for the home.
