Are your energy bills too high? This might be because of old decompressed insulation. In this project we helped replace the insulation and added a radiant barrier to the attic. The crew started off by removing the old insulation. Next, they sanitized the area with a 100% natural solution to kill bacterias. Then, we blocked off any entry points in the attic, crawlspace and exterior of the home. Rodent proofing helps prevent future damages of the new insulation Later, we installed new R-38 batts insulation on the attic floors. Finally, the crew installed a radiant barrier in the attic, this helps reflect sun rays to keep the heat out. The new home upgrades will help ensure the home to be more comfortable and energy efficient.
