First, we started off by removing the old insulation and vacuuming any dust and debris. Next, we cleaned and sanitized the attic space to kill bacteria and eliminate odor. We then rodent proofed and air sealed the entire attic space. Finally, we installed brand new batts 16 inch R30 insulation.
