During our inspection, we found that the attic and crawlspace had no insulation. These overlooked areas also needed to be cleaned properly. One of the benefits of new insulation will help our client save money on their energy bills. We started our work by cleaning out the attic and crawlspace. We began our work by cleaning the surface areas of the attic. This step allows us to remove any lingering odors in the attic. Then we performed rodent proofing in the attic and exterior of the home This process involved sealing holes and gaps we found to prevent future costly damages to the home. We finished the attic by installing R-38 Owen’s Corning batts insulation in the attic walls and attic surface. Our team completed our work by installing R-19 Owen’s Corning batts in the crawlspace. We hope our lovely client’s are enjoying their newly insulated home.
